No, there is no wireless driver update for this device. I have checked the Support page for this product, and also checked the operating systems listed on the page. The latest version of the driver is 1.0.45.0 and was release in 2013. You can check this information as well using the link posted below.

Based on the information I have found about this module, I can say that it works with all the GSM enabled carriers. You can't use the CDMA ones, but as long as the carrier uses SIM cards in the GSM mode, then you can use it too for calling, SMS , or Internet connectivity. The module is SIM unlocked which means you can add whatever carrier you have near you or in your country/city.
